<B>E</b>valuation<br />
<B>P</b>lan</p>
<p>Use the following questions to evaluate your spiritual growth process. Based on your answers, modify your behavior to increase your ability to achieve your goals. </p>
<p><B> Wants </b><br />
What do you want?<br />
How does what you want  help your spiritual growth?<br />
If you were the person that you wish you were, what kind of person would you be?<br />
What do you think stops you from making the changes you would like?</p>
<p><B> Doing </b><br />
What are you doing to get what you want?<br />
What are you doing today to further your spiritual growth?<br />
What will you do tomorrow to further your spiritual growth?</p>
<p><B> Evaluation </b><br />
 Is what you are doing helping or hurting your spiritual growth?<br />
Is your behavior helping you?<br />
Is what you are doing aligned with what you believe?</p>
<p><B> Planning </b><br />
Do you have a spiritual growth plan?<br />
Is your plan of action realistic and attainable?<br />
Does your plan help you achieve your spiritual growth goals?<br />
How committed are you to executing you spiritual growth plan?<br />
Is your plan overly dependent on the actions of others?</p>
<p>I find this technique very useful for making quick adjustments to my behavior so that I can maintain spiritual growth.  The key is making sure that all of your goals will lead you toward spiritual growth.</p>
